About the job
We are searching for a Hands-On Project Manager who is ready to take on a pivotal role in our Mobile Professional Services Team. This is an opportunity to showcase your skills in Project Management and your ability to communicate directly with customers.
As part of our team, you will work alongside other Project Managers, leading a team of designers to create mobile applications for international customers using a cutting-edge No-Code app building platform. This is a unique blend of Project Management and Account Management, where you will not only be responsible for technical project management but also for building strong relationships with our clients.
Each project is customer-facing and lasts 6 to 8 weeks, and as a PM, you will be juggling 10-12 active projects at a time, with a team of designers under your wing. Join us and help us create the most innovative mobile solutions for our customers.
Requirements
Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent bachelor's degree
2+ years working in IT/Software related services
Leadership: ability to lead and motivate a team
Communication: ability to clearly convey information and ideas both verbally and in writing in English
Planning and organizing: the ability to plan and coordinate tasks and resources to achieve project goals
Problem-solving: ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner
Time management: ability to effectively manage and prioritize time
Adaptability: the ability to adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, or resources
Risk management: ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks
Technical knowledge: understanding of the industry and technical aspects of the project.
Collaborate with the design team to deliver projects on time.
Maintain high communication and transparency with the Customer.
Have an eye for beautiful mobile design and standards.
Understanding customer requirements.
Hands-on quality assurance of the project to exceed customer expectations and industry standard
Managing customer expectations.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Solution-Oriented in approaching daily tasks and challenges
Must be willing to work evenings to accommodate American Customers

Typical Day
Meeting with the Sales team to take over closed/won projects
Scheduling and Meeting remotely with customers to:
Kick off a project
Confirming requirements with the customer
Setting expectations with the customer and explaining the process
Follow up on the progress of projects internally and externally
Demoing, Training
Meeting with the designers:
Daily standup
Discuss new projects
Unblock tasks
Prioritize tasks
Ensure deadlines are met
Reporting on team performance
Meeting with the product team to suggest enhancements
