Requirements
Required Skills and Expertise:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Leadership: ability to lead and motivate a team
Communication: ability to clearly convey information and ideas both verbally and in writing in English
Planning and organizing: ability to plan and coordinate tasks and resources to achieve project goals
Problem-solving: ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner

Typical Day
Meeting with different departments to gather and analyse pain points and feature requests
Sending surveys to customer focus groups to gather feedback
Meeting with data scientists to analyse patterns and behaviours gathered in our datasets
Meeting with senior management to understand company strategies and objectives
Writing requirements for the product teams
Meeting with designers to help mockup future features
Meeting with technical leads to validate specifications
Help prioritize the backlog of features
Dempoing new features to the company
Measuring success of newly released features to understand impact
