Product Manager - Mobile Team

Requirements

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree

  • Leadership: ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Communication: ability to clearly convey information and ideas both verbally and in writing in English

  • Planning and organizing: ability to plan and coordinate tasks and resources to achieve project goals

  • Problem-solving: ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner

  • Time management: ability to effectively manage and prioritize time

  • Adaptability: ability to adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, or resources

  • Risk management: ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks

  • Technical knowledge: understanding of the industry and technical aspects of the project.

  • Must be willing to work evenings to sync with the American team

Typical Day

  • Meeting with different departments to gather and analyse pain points and feature requests

  • Sending surveys to customer focus groups to gather feedback

  • Meeting with data scientists to analyse patterns and behaviours gathered in our datasets

  • Meeting with senior management to understand company strategies and objectives

  • Writing requirements for the product teams

  • Meeting with designers to help mockup future features

  • Meeting with technical leads to validate specifications

  • Help prioritize the backlog of features

  • Dempoing new features to the company

  • Measuring success of newly released features to understand impact

Success Looks Like This

  • Provide a strategic roadmap of features for the company

  • Lead implementation efforts to produce a seamless and beautiful experience for our customers

  • Have a high impact on Revenue and Churn
